This practice was not a good fit for our family. The experience felt rushed and disconnected, and we left feeling unheard. We ultimately decided to seek care elsewhere.
My 7 year old was seen due to not sleeping. The antihistamine they gave him kept him up for two nights. I called and was told they may not switch the medication and I could not receive a school excuse for him being an hour late for school because he was seen two days ago and not today. I will never use them again. Also, you never see the same MD.
