If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Bright Now Dental sent me a bill a year later for overpriced, unnecessary work they slipped in. That’s not just unprofessional—it’s sketchy and feels borderline deceptive. I’ve asked multiple times for a bill breakdown—what I paid, what insurance covered, and what’s supposedly owed. They promised to email it twice, but I’m still waiting. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I don’t know where to even start. Everything about this place is unacceptable. They never answer the phone. They love to cancel your appointments you make months in advance like a few days before. When you try to call back and reschedule an appointment they never answer the phone. When you leave messages they never call you back. When they got you in and you’re actually getting dental work done, they up charge and up sell you into getting more things done then you went for.
