I was a patient here for about 10 years. I've seen many dentists, receptionist, and other staff come and go. This last round has completely made me lose confidence in their office. I made an appointment on line, never got a confirmation. 2 days later I called the office, NEVER spoke to anyone ( I called 3 times). I show up in person, made an appointment with the receptionist, she gave me an appointment card. I show up to the appointment only to find out she never put it into the computer. My daughter and I have gone her the last cpl years and we're happy with the service but unfortunately we will not be returning.The new system sucks. I never had this issue a year ago. You can't get through to the office to make and appointment. It tells you go online for faster service .. what a joke! I tried to schedule my daughter over 2 weeks ago online for a reg.
