Most staff ans the a few of assistants were great, wait time was good, didn't have a great experience with dentist didn't feel like my concerns were heard what I wanted vs what she thought I should have. Kept hitting the medel tool on my tooth that were sensitive which I mentioned she did it again.
Super rough dentist. Not a nice experience.
I had a broken tooth I went in to see if it could be saved. The Dentist that I normally see at this location has left. The new Dentist said I needed a root canal and crown. I booked for their endodontist that comes there twice a month for about 2 weeks out. On the day of my appointment they canceled my appointment due to their machines being down so they couldn't do it. I kept mentioning something was off at my previous dentist because my floss kept catching on something....fast forward to this year and I made an appointment with a new dentist at Bright Now(Dr. Tran) and I am so happy I did! My previous dentist clearly missed a super loose filling and giant cavity that had formed due to the old filling half exposed! Dr Tran was amazing, took multiple photos for me and insurance because not only did she find the loose filling and giant cavity, the back of the tooth was also fractured. Ended ... read more
