Easy experience, professional staff
I had a great experience with the care team, dentist, and dental hygienist at Bright now dental in Glendale/ Peoria. I was honestly blown away by their care and professionalism. They go above and beyond with patient education. I came in with my concerns and they were addressed right away. My cleaning was great, the treatments I received were so helpful, and I look forward to my continuation of care at this location.
receptionist was super nice. Doctor seemed like he didn’t wanna be there and the ladies that were assisting him with the surgery one was a bit rude and they never fully explained to my driver the recovery process just handed a paper and walked away for us to figure out. kind of a weird feeling overall with the some of the staff but so far the surgery has been healing well.
A very big 10+ stars to Bright Now Dental as I've had the best care .Hands down this location is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Thank you very much Dr.Tran your the best, Jessica thank you for assisting Dr.Tran you both make an excellent team together. I feel that I'm receiving the best care. KEEP UP THE OUTSTANDING WORK. A big shout out to the front desk- Brandy and Kyra, Thank you both for keeping me updated on everything and providing me with excellent customer service as it's very much appreciated.
The whole staff is great but especially my dentist. Dr. Tran had her work with me including a pulled tooth, I didn't feel a thing! Day after is tough to eat but the pain is almost non-existent, just sore. They were friendly, showed me all my costs up front and made the whole process simple. I definitely recommend them and I'm glad my insurance sent me there 👍 thanks ladies!
