My appointment was several years ago but I just want to say, I’m sure they’re a good dentist IF you ask questions! After my teeth cleaning I was told I had cavities, they didn’t tell me how many, where they were located or anything. And if I wouldn’t have asked any questions they wouldn’t have told me. I agreed to getting my fillings filled the same day and without my knowledge they ended up removing my silver fillings and replacing them with the white filling. The doctors, hygienists and staff at my Bright Now location are competent, compassionate and professional.
This is the best dental office! The dentists and the orthodontist have been absolutely amazing and the back and front office staff have been fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!
great staff and services. there was a hiccup with billing (different location) but the office manager Brandy resolved the issue immediately. I really like all the staff and my dentist Dr. My-Ahn Tran and all the assistants. the facility is clean and tidy with all the latest dental technology.
Predatory and deceptive billing practices. Good dentists and staff but after confirming my insurance coverage every step and visit while being assured I was covered they sent me a bill for almost $900. When I contacted billing I was told the office manager would call me but that never happened. My next step will be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and take further legal action.
