I’ve been coming here for orthodontic treatment for the past 3ish years and have been disappointed time and time again. The team’s organization and appointment scheduling seem to be a mess. I’ve had countless negative experiences— last minute cancellations on their end, followed by week-long waits for the next available slot. My mom got her braces here years ago and had a much better experience, but it’s clearly gone downhill since then.
