STAY AWAY! This is the "Public Defenders Office" of dentistry. Go to a reputable local dentist!!! These people go through a new dentist and new hygienists almost monthly. Every time you go in, you see another "Dentist" face on the board. You have to explain yourself and your history EVERY SINGLE TIME you go in. They always want to sell you services like a used car dealer at some podunk filling station. I had a dental emergency & was able to book an appointment online for the very next day. They were able to get me in hours before the scheduled appointment time & went straight to work. The entire staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable. The Dentist was amazing! He got right to work & was as gentle & kind as possible. I personally, would highly recommend BrightNow dental to anyone in need of a phenomenal dental experience.
The dental office and staff at both locations are amazing but as for corporate. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences at the orthodontic clinic and feel compelled to bring this concern to corporate leadership. Having orthodontic appointments available only one day per month is simply not an adequate level of access for patients. Got a root canal done here, ended up getting infected and found out the doctor cleaned all 4 canals and only filled 3 out of the 4. So one of the canals were left open which caused the infection. I then needed to get a retreatment on the tooth which costed me $600 and another $500 for the permanent filling. Called this office and asked if they would fix it for free considering it was their mistake and they denied. So I paid for a root canal from them and then paid another $1100 to get it fixed. Don’t go here.
