Long standing client with this dental group, friendly and courteous staff. Good location with easy access and plenty of parking.
I had a really bad experience at this dentist office. One of their cleaning staff was sitting down to clean my teeth and someone told her that she needed to clean another room and after they had walked away she rolled her eyes at me and said "like I got the time for that." Completely unprofessional.
My mother's dentist retired the beginning of September just before her scheduled appointment. They had to cancel until the new dentist started, they stated they would call and reschedule appointment. To date I have not received a call or any communication. I find this very poor business skills.
Amazing how different each dental office is. This office is amazing!My family went to one in Roseville and they told my daughter she had 6 cavities to be filled. They promised to work with us on the cost, but we couldn't afford what they were charging. Took her over to Bright Now Dental, and surprise, NO CAVITIES! We had them double check the areas we were told she had them, but sure enough the x-rays and exam were clear of cavities. Love a place that cares more about their patients than about their pocketbooks.
The staff is amazing here, as is Dr. Doroshenko. Highly recommend them for dental work. They work with our schedule as well as your payments, if needed.
