So thankful to Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics located at Huberheights,Ohio! I suffered from severe pain due to tooth ache . My cheeks & chin were swollen & I felt numbness of those areas,which alarmed me a lot. After 10 days of taking the prescribed antibiotics,I still experienced the same pain. I do not recommend this place, my husband and I had a horrible experience today. We have been there twice before and had good service from the Dentist Dr. Shah and the receptionists. The visit started with our appointment at 2pm and we waited over an hour to get called back which was annoying but would have been okay if not for what happened after. We feel absolutely discriminated against as my husband is transgender and on his file is his current name he uses and has used for countless years now, the receptionists as well a... read more

Fantastic first visit. Melissa was very welcoming and shared the process from an office admin perspective all the way to DR Shaa detail explanation of the procedure we will be undertaking. Great visit from start to finish.
