Every employee at the office are very, caring, friendly, and professional! From the receptionist to the Orthodontist!
Unprofessional, rushed, organizationally lacking. I've been trying for 5 months to have braces put on my 2 boys. On 2/13 we wnet in for xrays and a consultation. I called several times and finally was told "oh, we also needed pictures" as if I was to know their procedures. We went back 5/8 for pictures. I've called every week since to get ANY information on next steps or anything really and no one will call me back. I get apologies and promises of a return call to no avail. Love the Huber heights location the Dentist and staff are nice and friendly. I take my kids there also and the dentist never does anything without me understanding what is going on and I love that!
