I'm writing to share my experiences at this dental office, highlighting areas that need improvement to ensure better patient satisfaction. First impressions are crucial, and unfortunately, the reception area has been a source of anxiety for me. I've previously complained about a receptionist whose demeanor made me dread coming in. This place will say anything to get you scheduled only to tell you to come back later or schedule a later appt. Not cool- be respectful of people’s time. Staff is rude. They’re not welcoming nor answer anything directly. Would much rather do business else where
