This place will say anything to get you scheduled only to tell you to come back later or schedule a later appt. Not cool- be respectful of people’s time. Staff is rude. They’re not welcoming nor answer anything directly. Would much rather do business else where

DID AN XRAY ON MY CHILD EVEN THOUGH THEY DON'T TREAT CHILDREN--RECEIVED A BILL BECAUSE INSURANCE DENIED. My husband called our insurance carrier to find a child's dentistry that accepts our plan. After going through a list of providers, we found Bright Now, who said they were accepting new patients. We gave my child's information over the phone for a next-day appointment for a cleaning and exam. We came to the appointment, and the assistants did an x-ray on my child but did NOT clean their teeth. Why? Because they don't have... read more
