This was my second visit to Bright Dental, and I had another great experience. The staff were kind, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. I’m very happy with their service and highly recommend Bright Dental!
Very professional, friendly staff both up front and in the dental treatment areas. My appointment was for routine cleaning but it was very thorough, utilizing latest equipment and procedures.
Never had to wait past my appointment time and staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and clear on pricing for current and future appointments.
The front desk at ortho is super rude and always has an attitude. I’ve been coming here for years, and every time I have to deal with them, it’s exhausting. They argue about everything instead of trying to help, and somehow you’re always the one who’s wrong. If you’re a few minutes late, they’ll cancel your appointment even if you call ahead. Yeeaaah, no. Xray tech took like 30 pics for some odd reason. 2 mins with doctor to suggest I need Ortho for aesthetics (you see that pfp), no hygienists for cleaning on the day of appt, rescheduled til..wait for it...4 months later. Back to the city I go.
