New Staff needs training on dealing with customer service.
TLDR: I had a bad experience turned good! Thanks to “Doctor B” and staff! Rude/ bad Hygienist !! What happened ? I was scolded by a rude hygienist and treated horribly. This hygienist told me because I won’t come in every 3 months for a cleaning that she won’t do a cleaning and instead a polishing. This is absurd because even an incompetent individual knows those are two different treatments. Dental Hygienist was very rude and very uninviting. Talked down to me while drilling inside my mouth. Did not want to talk about my dental health, when asked about my dental health and the progress of the treatments I was paying for. I was met with rudeness and condescending attitudes. Will not be returning. Zeros stars of I could.
They took me the next day. I had to fill paperwork it was a little bit wait. But I was grateful they was busy but fast.
