customer service is terrible. called on jun 2 1030am for appt. ans service said they were closed till 11am. left msg, they never called. last time I had an appt for 830am.. signed in..when they didn't call me, rep said I had no appt. I showed her the card that she completed.. told me I had to wait 3 hours. Prior to that, 1st appt with hygienist.. waited 40 minutes to be called.. then the hygienist said to the rep.. if he is not here.. I have to take someone else.
