Extremely unprofessional. I booked the appointment online 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived the front desk told me I had to have my insurance information 24 hrs before the appointment, and that they canceled my appointment. They texted 27 hours before the appointment asking for the insurance information (within 3 hrs, on a Wednesday during work hours). No phone call, no voice mail, no information when booking the appointment. No notification that my appointment was canceled. I lost a half day on PTO and was told there's not... read more
I needed a cleaning as it had been about 3 years since my last one. My hygienist, Lindsay, was awesome and the assistants and front office staff were also really accommodating. They told me I probably wouldn't get my cleaning and exam done on the same day, but there was a cancellation and they worked my cleaning right in. I'll definitely be back!
Very poor front office/ dental business management. As soon as I walked in, without even greeting me, I was made to sign an estimate that needed to be settled after the service today. Ten minutes later, was notified that the patient responsibility was double the previously agreed upon signed sum. When I argued, they relented and then offered financing, whereas they were previously quite rude about not providing the service if I did not agree on paying the same day. Extremely disappointing. I booked an appointment for my 6 years old boy. The associate confirmed that they accept and do treatment for kids since my kid was in pain and he needs to fix a cavity. After he was seen by their doctor, they refer him to pediatric Dentist. No work was done to the cavity. If you don’t treat kids, don’t accept booking for them!
