Everyone was friendly & competent. The office was bright & clean. Everything was explained & I did not feel pushed to make my next appt. Prices are resonable.
First time there, went well, Oscar was very encouraging, gentle , easy to talk to and extremely good at his job. Jamie at the front desk is AMAZING also. TY
I genuinely enjoy getting my teeth cleaned—almost as much as a massage—so imagine my disappointment when this office turned out to be less “spa day for your smile” and more “customer service boot camp.” The front desk gives off the vibe that answering the phone is a personal insult, and if you’re hoping for efficiency, forget it. Both the doctor and his assistant spent a good amount of time addressing all of my concerns. And explained what options were available to me to address my issues. And the assistant took the time to show me how to properly use the floss threader they provided to me.
