My Husband has an ITP, he broke a tooth and called Bright Now and was seen within hours. Dr. Genninger took care not to make my Husband bleed and the whole staff was fantastic! Thank You to all that dealt with him!
Had a cleaning hygienist Was very thorough and very informative. Had a great experience.!
If I could give zero stars I would. Waited 45+ minutes in the waiting room past my appointment time, then 10 mins for 2 X-rays. Was taken to a “room”, if you can call them that, waited another 15-20 mins for the dentist. When he arrived he was new to me. instead of introducing himself he simply stuck his hands in my mouth talked to the wall and was overall rude. I called him on his lack of chair side manner and he stated I should find a new dentist. Gladly!! Beware and if you need a new good dentist I have found a great one ... read more
Very nice Dental Assistant and Hygienist, once I got back there and they were cleaning my teeth it was quick and easy though it’s a bit of a wait for sure, and worth it.
