My appointment got messed up twice but they made it right immediately. Front staff was so nice as was the hygienist. The office was clean and overall seemed pretty organized.
My visit at this office was wonderful. Every one was so patient and gentle with me. I have a great dentist. Alan Hecht he listen to me answered all my questions. His assistant was gentle with the exrays, and made sure I was ok. The dentist put my bridge back in at a low cost that worked for me. I have more dental work to be done and I will not go any where else I will not use any other dentist but Alan Hecht and April who will be doing my cleaning. My experience with hygienist Amber was helpful interesting and greatly appreciated she took time to explain procedures and went out of her way to see that I received more work that needed to be done and that I would receive proper treatment in the future I enjoyed her personality and dedication to seeing that a proper job was done for me kudos also to manager Lorie for assistance in payment procedures
