Cons: - Two 45-minute waits; 2.5 hours total for a cleaning and to get two fillings. - Extremely rough tooth cleaning; felt like they were trying to handle large livestock, not perform a delicate dental cleaning operation. That was both more uncomfortable than I'm used to, and didn't feel like they were giving the care to my cleaning that I'd like. - Extremely uncomfortable process of filling my cavities; I don't expect this to be fun, but I've had fillings before, and none were like this. The office was closed when I arrived for an emergency appointment scheduled a day in advance. No email, text, or call to let me know ahead of time. It was scheduled for 2pm on a Friday & would have been my first visit. Extremely unprofessional.
I had my braces done here, and the process was incredibly easy and simple. Painless care was important to me, and they made sure to deliver. They were always sweet and accommodating to my schedule, adding a personal touch to the experience.
