My hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and had the best personality.
Consistently very poor communication about the plan of care and what comes next. Nearly every appointment involves surprises when we thought we knew what was happening next. Appointment times are often hard to get, not in a preferred time frame and usually changed by the company. The actual orthodontist often doesn't even make an appearance when she should. I just learned at this last appointment that right now dental does not polish off the material left on teeth from clear aligners or braces which means I will have to seek... read more
