I see other reviewers who have reported complaints. The dentist about whom they were describing is no longer at the practice, and has been replaced with an excellent dentist. Over the years, I've had numerous crowns and surgeries. I have found Bright Now Dental to have competitive pricing, excellent comprehensive dental care and a professional staff that makes going to the dentist a more pleasant experience. If I have dental pain, I am confidant that I will walk out pain-free. Isn't that what we all want?!
Worst experience of my life! Went in for a cracked tooth, and the office gave me 2 choices, pull it or do a root canal with crown for over 1000! So I told them to pull it. Dr. Ogunwan did not numb me well enough, and I tried to tell her as she was pulling. Needless to say I could probably be heard screaming down the hall because of it! On top of that they charged me 270 dollars for that! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!
informed me of three extractions needed. missing seven teeth already. perhaps a little money making side line. sorry about owing $30 -NOT
Paid over $200 for a cosmetic procedure that looked worse compared to the chipped tooth. Plus they required an X-Ray, even though a full set was taken 2 months prior to it.
I spent nearly $900 on 2 crowns at this place which is ok if they were done properly. Dr Ogunware has a lot of learning to do if she continues being a dentist. She ground one of my molars down so much that the nerves were exposed and I ended up having to get an emergency root canal. When I called their office in so much pain I was crying they would not consider it an emergency and told me to deal with it until they opened up.
