Several staff members at this clinic displayed unprofessional behavior, including one of the receptionists, the dental assistant Sussie, and a hygienist whose name I cannot recall. If they did not like the answers to their own questions, they responded with noticeable attitude. On multiple occasions, the hygienist asked me inappropriate questions and reacted awkwardly to my responses. Dr. Bae is the best. Explains everything so well and really good at what he does. I've found everyone there to be friendly and helpful.
Everyone was nice and personable. I don't like going to the dentist, but they are making me change my mind. I had a nice experience. They understood my feelings.
My daughter was visiting from the UK and they were able to squeeze her in, much appreciated. Friendly staff, great experience!
Very pleasant staff and Dr. Clean office and dental room. Staff brought in clean dental tools.
