I have patience and understanding, but after many chances to redeem themselves, I'm finally leaving Bright Now Dental. Over the years I've had to wait several times an hour after my appointment time to be seen, been forgotten about in the chair mid appointment, dentist went to lunch mid appointment & now I'm being billed for something I was told I wouldn't have to pay for. Enough is enough....GOOD BYE BRIGHT NOW!!

Horrible office staff. Jewel and her office mgr are such liars and rude people. I think cameras need to be in their office and how they treat their patients. Record their phone calls. Her rude demeanor owes a punch to her face to shut the trap that sound comes from. Scamming people for money when cancellations occur is bogus. Fees are different for any type of occurrence. I called corporate and won't stop writing reviews for this office till I'm satisfied she won't have a job anymore. People like her deserve to be unemployed... read more

The staff at this office is very helpful, affordable and friendly. I feel very comfortable and confident coming here and bringing my children. I am always amazed that they recognize me after 6 months between visits. The doctor was very clear about the procedure/s and has been able to give options that will work with my budget since we do not have dental insurance. I would strongly recommend this office.

Everyone in the Federal Way office is great! My children like the fact that Dr. Sodu is patient and she doesn't scare them. The assistants and hygienists are all very professional and patient. I am glad I had to choose a DMO through my job and Bright now dental was one of clinics to choose from.

The office staff is EXCELLENT! Everyone is very professional - always! And Dr. Sidhu is an excellent dentist. I am very pleased with the Federal Way Bright Now Dental office and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! THANKS!

The dental technician who handled my crowns was excellent. Very efficient and friendly. My dentist, Dr. Pham, was very gentle and I'm very pleased with the results.

I seemed to have the opposite kind of experience that the last reviewer did in 2008. My husband and I have been going to this dentist for approximately the last year as have our 2 girls. I even had an issue with one of my fillings and went back a few more times for them to adjust it to make it more comfortable. They did not charge me for the return visits at all and made sure I was happy. My husband has had extensive work done and really liked his dentist too (which was a different one than mine).
