This is by far the best experience I’ve had hiring a housekeeper. I live alone and my home had not had a good, proper cleaning in years. Jessica and her crew did a deep cleaning of the house and I could not be more satisfied. They were extremely thorough and efficient and even did little things that were not necessary, but were really appreciated. When they were finished the house felt like it was actually sparkling. They are second to none.
BrightNest Cleaning did a fantastic job in our home! The team was punctual, professional and left every corner spotless. They truly made our space feel refreshed. Highly recommend!
I would not recommend this cleaning service based on our experience. We received a quote prior to the job that included a time estimate and a detailed scope of work—covering the number of rooms, appliances, and tasks. However, the cleaning was completed in just over half the quoted time, yet we were still charged the full price. Very happy with the cleaning. I had a gift card that didnt use for almost a year just bcz I never really use cleaners.. They were very efficient and thorough. I will definitely use them again.
