This is by far the best experience I’ve had hiring a housekeeper. We had Bright Nest in for the first time yesterday. The young lady assigned to the job worked tirelessly for several hours, making sure to check in with us and see if we were happy with her progress. We were very impressed by her diligence, and would be happy to have her back again!

I live alone and my home had not had a good, proper cleaning in years. Jessica and her crew did a deep cleaning of the house and I could not be more satisfied. They were extremely thorough and efficient and even did little things that were not necessary, but were really appreciated. When they were finished the house felt like it was actually sparkling. They are second to none.

You (don’t) get what you pay for: I booked a move out cleaning with Bright Nest. My quote in writing was for 14 hrs of cleaning (2 cleaners x 7 hrs) and I also confirmed this over the phone with the owner, in part to justify the price quoted (nearly $800 for my
