If I could rate this 0 stars and report this business I would. Melissa did not even know who she had sent to my house! I booked a three hour deep cleaning service for $50 an hour so totalling $300. I specifically asked for a range hood cleaning, including the filters and the two students they sent did not have any experience cleaning filters and had only had the job for about 6 months. We’ve been lucky to have Jess as our cleaner for over 6 months and her work has been fantastic. She’s friendly, speedy, and has great attention to details. Recently we had an issue where our cooktop got accidentally damaged and both Jess and Melissa (the owner) were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to help us with a solution. Actions like this really show you when a business cares and this is one of the many reasons we’d recommend using them

I am impressed with the work done to my 3 bathrooms. Very detailed and exceptionally clean in her work. Every surface was carefully attended to, and the bathrooms looks spotless and refreshed. BrightNest Cleaning did an excellent job.

Bright Nest Cleaning did an excelent and professional job. They where at my home on time and did a deep cleaning in the areas I had requested. The two persons (couple) where very educated and did a very professional job. I'm very hapy with the service!

We had Bright Nest in for the first time yesterday. The young lady assigned to the job worked tirelessly for several hours, making sure to check in with us and see if we were happy with her progress. We were very impressed by her diligence, and would be happy to have her back again!
