NEVER AGAIN. I visited this salon and my service took over three hours, which was already longer than expected. During the appointment I was also cut, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, no accommodations or concern were shown. The situation was handled very unprofessionally, and at one point I was even prevented from leaving while trying to resolve the issue, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Bright and Nails and spa are the hardest workers I’ve ever met. They love their customers. They are reasonable prices.
Took my girl here and noticed the customer service was bad. The service time (3 hours) wasn’t worth the money when the place was empty
Horrible customer service from whomever Sonia is. Very dry & unpleasant staff member...not certain if she's the owner or not but if she is that's even worse to run a business without proper customer service skills!!! Never eva AGAIN...!
