Had 2 great experiences recently! In June I went for a 4th of july manicure and Tracey suggested a UV gel overlay. The stars and stripes looked so cute and held up really well Went back today and Nita did my fill. I had an inspo picture for the blue nails with the flowers, and she knocked it out of the park. I am obsessed with them. I'll be back!
Absolutely disgusted by the way they “treat” customers here. I’ve heard numbers stories about the attitude of the staff and the quality of the work done here. If you expect someone polite and professional then take your business elsewhere. I’d give them zero stars but it doesn’t let me.
Very rude. I’ve been coming here for years to get my nails and eyebrows done. The past two times I’ve gone to get my eyebrows done they’ve made comments/jokes about my acne and laugh when they say it. They also have made jokes about how bad my eyebrows looked (why do you think I’m coming to get them done?) and always laugh it off. It was also very rare that I’d be happy with my nails whenever I got them done. I’ve luckily found a better salon only 2 minutes away with much nicer staff who can actually do what I ask for.
