I used this service once for my two dogs. First of all, the technician seemed clueless, send me before/after pictures that looked identical. She also asked me for tips. No technician in my vet's office ever asked for tips. And within four months of that cleaning, both of my dogs had serious dental plaque problems that require expensive procedures at my vet's office. I should have gone directly to my vet's office in the first place. It would have saved me time and a few hundreds.
I was in town visiting, and it was so convenient that they were able to come to my home to take care of my dogs teeth. They did a deep cleaning without having to put him under. He was running around as soon as they finished. They did such a great job, and I will be using them again in the future!
They do a fantastic job!! My dog seems to be very comfortable with the procedure!
Great experience. I received before and after pictures. You could see the difference. The tech showed up on time and explained everything. Highly recommend. Plus my dog was not anxious or scared when she was done.
Waited 3 weeks for a scheduled apt and got a no show. Three weeks. Whereas mistakes happen, . When I reached out to the company to tell them they no showed — I got a response 14 hours later asking how I liked the service. Imagine that? Even more incompetent in communication.
