How can I even get an appointment when I’ve been calling for over a week and no one picks up the phone?? I had one question and left a voicemail which was not even answered until 4 days after. Yet, you call and call and call… always ending up in reaching the voicemail…
I had a wonderful experience at Bright Minds from start to finish. Dr J and Sara are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable and made me feel secure and comfortable. I can imagine kids and young adults would also have a wonderful experience in their hands. Highly recommend!
Dr. J is a genius!
My daughter was evaluated at this location and it was a wonderful experience. We were interested in a group who would take the time to get to know our child and help us learn more about how her brain worked rather than a team who would focus on her deficits. We were very happy with Dr J and Bright Minds. Dr. Jasiewicz and her team helped us to learn about all of the things that she can do and how to support her with the things that are harder.
