We've been extremely happy with Bright Horizons for our infant. We get so much info from them throughout the day about what he's up to, they are very knowledgeable about baby's needs and safe practices, and it's clear that he's very well cared for.
I recently had a bad and concerning experience with trying to book daycare at this center. Bright Horizons confirmed my care, but the Center Director cancelled my reservation without any sort of notice (I only noticed it as I was checking myself). I received no e-mails, texts, or calls. If I had shown up on the day of care, I would have had a major issue. This is unprofessional, and I would caution against anyone considering using this center.
