Bought a property at deanside the process was really fast and the agents were very helpful and responsive throughout the process

Don't use them, they don't fix their poor workmanship. They take shortcuts and the inspector they use, is questionable too. Stay clear, staff leave regularly too, which in my opinion is another red flag. My windows were installed without seals and they are refusing to fix them. Stay clear of this business.

Wouldn’t go anywhere near this builder! Couldn’t care less about the client. Constantly lie and treat the client like they’re dumb and have no idea. Do your research before engaging. Constantly adding cost’s before progressing to the next stage. Once keys are handed over they will not warrant defects or come back for anything. Using unskilled trades doesn’t help. Supervisor never checks quality.
