Their service for me was satisfactory while they were my carrier, but they discontinued service in my state at the start of this year. That was disappointing, to say the least. Their boards and webpages were easy enough to navigate, and they paid claims as they were contracted to do. I had an ok experience with them, but, as with any insurer, do your homework before selecting one-
terrible insurance they are thieves, they charge you your money monthly and do not cover with their part. They should withdraw from the insurance field.
If it was possible to give negative stars I would! This is the worst company ever and I wish I had been smart enough to research reviews prior to enrolling. They give nothing but the run around I've been unable to use my health insurance now for over a month because of their error and inability and or unwillingness to fix it. I've been in pain and my doctor has my MRI results however since my insurance isn't fixed I can't go without paying upfront medical costs!! I can not give zero as a review, worse insurance company. Stole my rewards and I guess this happens to many people. Be careful with them, no customer service,they all lie over the phone, they say that will escalate the case and will contact me back. Not true, for months they did the same thing and never resolve my issue.
Bright Health engages in unethical marketing strategies such as mass advertising on platforms such as youtube, where they pay for an abusive repetition of their adds to the customer. This type of mass advertising is a strong indicator that the company engages in other unethical or predatory corporate behaviors. I highly recommend staying away from them: all the red flags for a bad customer-company relationship are there.
