The appt I had today w Alysha was amazing. She explained what was involved in the session and addressed my questions in a clear and concise manner. Finally Pain-Free : Thanks to Karishma Kapoor. I had been dealing with a persistent shoulder issue when I started consulting Karishma. We began with needling sessions, and I could genuinely feel a difference from the very first session itself. Due to work commitments, I had to pause my treatment midway. Alysha, Jess, Vanessa, Dominique, Karishma and Crystal (the whole bright health team) are very helpful and great at what they do. So friendly and easy to speak to and get straight to whatever problem I have that day. I originally came with some ongoing back issues I've had for years, and even with a few short sessions I have seen massive improvement to my quality of sleep and therefore my quality of life. Very glad I got recommended to them. Also should out to the best front of house JB.
