About a month ago I started seeing Dr Chris Grier for back pain and headaches. In just a few short weeks am really starting to see a difference and having less pain in my back and hardly any headaches. Of course you need to put in your own work and do the exercises at your appointments and at home. I also recently have been attending the work out classes at Bonfire Fitness and have seen great improvement in my strength and balance!
The amazing staff is patient,understanding and very helpfull. They have allowed me to experience less pain and more mobilty after 10 years of suffering with Fibromyalgia I no longer dread the day!
