No - so frustrating with these guys. payment details are correct and they acknowledge they have successfully processed funds only to continually send texts and emails saying they haven't received funds. Contacting via email to support refuse to deal with us due as they claim details (email) is incorrect on file. Call support to verify that this is not right and our details are correct. Add a new card (3rd one) to our profile and attempt to pay. Stuck in an infinite loop sending text messages to verify. Bloody hopeless!!!!
