I contracted with Bright Eye Solar in April of 2026 after comparing proposals from Bright Eye and another company. I had a much better sense of comfort with Bright Eye, both from a knowledge standpoint and from an equipment standpoint. I had them install a ground-mounted system in my back yard with two arrays totaling 44 panels. The entire installation and setup went very smoothly. I have had an install in 2019 for 22 panels with another company. It was such a difficult experience. We added 30 more panels in 2026. My experience was like night and day. They took care of all the permits, communication was excellent as we went along. Installers were very professional, and all the inspections came through in a timely fashion. One panel was faulty and it was replaced within a week. I could not be a happier customer.
We are very happy with your installation and service with BrightEye Solar. Tom was a great person to work with on site and when we had one panel down, both Russell and Tom were quick to get it fixed and working. We are loving th panels and our new, nearly nonexistent, electric bill!

Thank you for the excellent service and experience. Best regards, Randy Ream

I worked with Michael and Russell mainly, they dealt with my thousand questions and were gracious everytime I pushed for a small change. I almost think this aspect alone is one of the most important parts of researching solar, knowing that the company you land with will simply respond to you even for the small stuff. With perm... read more
