I wish I knew or was warned. I was charged triple for an item that needed to be replaced (I had to ask multiple times for the receipt). I also found out from my new pool guy that the PH is extremely high. Which means that I will need to drain the pool some to bring it to a normal level to prevent damage to the wall. Good price and at first it was good service, but with lack of staffing. Started noticing that the assigned pool guy wouldn't show up weekly as agreed. Last December, I was on vacation and guy didn't show up, but I was invoiced. When I notified them that no one showed up and the pool was getting greenish; the Owner said that they have a lack of staff and won't be able to service my pool anymore. A heads up would have been nice, rather than leaving my pool without the necessary service and already getting green.
Great pool company and very inexpensive compared to other companies. Very reliable, always on time and they are always happy to answer any questions that I may have. Thank you for the great service Bright Eye Pool.
