Been multiple times that they don’t come get the trash. Like today for instance. And tomorrow is a holiday. Just paid the bill last week so I know that isn’t the issue, and yet you drove right by my house. Switching back to abc. This is ridiculous.

It's everything you need in a good trash service: they pick up on time, they take care of all of the bags, and they come early. Service over the phone is professional and quick. Grant helped me today and made it easy to pay the bill, which is sometimes harder than you think with other companies... Bright understands the importance of getting the trash picked up consistently. Happy with my service.

Ben and Dalton stopped when I approached them asking about their trash services, a few days ago they were very informative and polite. I have been wanting to switch services for a while just unsure on who I wanted to use. After talking with them I decided bright was the perfect option, then I called their office to inquire more about prices. I DID NOT receive an email from you. I emailed you on August 7th and you replied back to me on August 7th. I have put up with the rudeness of your office for the past 10 years. I am requesting you to please come pick up your garbage can and refund me for the service that I will no longer be using. I switched to this local business a couple of years ago when our previous company was bought out by the large corporation. They bill quarterly which means I forget to pay since I'm used to autopay for my other utilities. Anyways, he has even offered to come pick up my trash after I've paid up my bill. They offer online bill pay but i prefer a quick phone call. Our trash is picked up at the same time every week. I would highly recommend using this trash service if they service your address.
