I have been a patient now for over 3 years, and the service, smiling faces and attention I get at every visit, continues to exceed my expectations. Dr. Arrighi and his entire staff are timely, professional and caring people, and their services have totally surpassed any dentist or dental practice I have ever been associated with. Superior Service at it's best.

The office staff greets your warmly and is very helpful. My hygenist was friendly, patient, answered all my questions and provided me with additional information that related to my dental needs. This is simply a great place for dental treatment!

This is an excellent office to visit. It was our first time and the whole place made both me and my 11 yo son very comfortable. Front staff was very helpful and nice, hygienist was also very reassuring and friendly, including the doctor who talked with both of us for a while. Very clean and stylishly decorated facility with an orthodontist right upstairs which is convenient.
Never been to an office with so many nice and competent people. Of course Dr. Arrighi is the best. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine who had nothing but the best to say about him - and she was right. Yes, I nearly walked out during my first visit when I thought I knew more than they did. I found myself to be wrong and them to be right. I had another wonderful dental visit at Middletown Family Dentistry. The staff was wonderful and did everything they could to make my visit as comfortable as possible. The amenities were great and I can only hope anyone looking for a great dentist will consider utilizing this dental office.
I used to hate to go to the dentist, but since I switched to this practice, I don't mind so much. the staff is always helpful and very friendly. Love the on line reminders and updated as well. Thank you for all you do!!!
