Bright Days Recreation Services has the best vacations that I can go again sometime sooner if not next year. The staff is very phenomenally great and able to have a lot of fun and experience going to different states and do activities in those states. The van was comfortable and I would highly recommend my friends to this site for a great vacation for a lower price than any other agency. I would like to go on record to declare that Rachel Suarez is a joke and a liar! First of all, Ms. Suarez did not even attend the trip! Bright Days does not charge its customers a "bunch of money". As a matter of fact Bright Days prices are the same or lower than other vacation companies who offer similar services. Bright Days uses 15 passenger vans with plenty of room, and offers a variety of activities and fun things to do while on the trip. This establishment is a joke. They charge these handicapped clients a bunch of money and then take them in a tiny van and left them in a hotel room for 4 days. They didn't go to the pool or do any daytime activities until the day before they left. Also in the eveningbrought them down to the lounge/bar to hear free live musi. They didn't shower until the day before they left. This company is no good. They should be ashamed of themselves. Had them in the van for 6 hours didn't wven stop for lunch.
