Walter and Cali are very kind and they explain everything well.. They are very good at there job.
I had a bad experience this time at this place. The manager (Christian Galindo) kiked me out in bad manner because I was with my dog. Not even a good excuse. I had to stay out with my dog for almost two hours and it did not feel good. The people at the reception were so welcoming since the beginning but this guy simply told to stay out in an improper way.
Great service by Bright Bay Mazda on my vehicle. Loved the video they send you. Highly recommended.
