RecommendedI have used this service for several year. They have always had the best customer service of any of the companies I had used over the years. I highly recommend them. Not once was my pool water ever cloudy. Always nice and clear. The service tech and I always had good conversations and more importantly my dog Sandy and he became good friends. I just recently sold this house and my new one does not have a pool. But if it did they would be the one's to maintain.

Friendly and courteous ~ they treat you like family!!! Denise and Jon were always on top of everything and never hesistated to go above and beyond what was needed. Honest, efficient, attentive service! I tried taking care of the pool myself by bringing water samples to the local pool store where they'd test it and tell me what it needed. This was a disaster - the pool chemistry got so far out of balance I had to drain it and start over! That's when I was lucky enough to stumble onto Bright & Clear! Good Company I have used Bright and Clear for 2 years on my rental property. I live in Kansas now and do not have the ability to monitor my property and have had zero problems with McKenzie and his team working on my pool. They have been very dependable in servicing my pool.
