It is okay to live there, but the maintenance takes at least 2 weeks, even for emergencies. Also, don't expect to receive a deposit back. The apartment was super dirty when we moved in and they didn't even want to clean it. And then when we moved out they spent our whole deposit on "cleaning fees," and they didn't even clean the place. It's a cheap apartment, but their maintenance sucks and they steal your deposit. The laundry machines eat your quarters, and don't work half the time. I only write this rating to warn others of the horrors of heritage court. This place is truly the most disgusting place I have lived at. You move in and the place is dirty and sticky. The dishwasher smells like something died in it, and putting in a maintenance request won't fix it. They came in and said its brand new, and ignored the fact that when I turned it on the steam smelled like spoiled eggs mixed with sewer water. -No hot water for the whole month of December -Very poor internet for $25/mo (the residents submitted a 100 signature petition about it and they told us they weren't changing it and that we could always move) -Community heating and ac. There's a big unit on the roof that services all the apartments. We split the bill evenly. People overuse it and run up the bill, then everyone else has to pay for it. -Poor AC.
