This has been the worst and most unprofessional experience I've ever had! I've been trying to get my records transferred from Children's Hospital in Boston since the 16th of January! I've been given fax numbers that do not work, I've been told I'll receive a call back twice and never got any, I've been told management will not do anything for me but tell me repeated information when I asked to speak to one, and so much more! Not overly empresses with my long stay there. Can’t say the doctors know what’s going on. And a lot of nurses don’t care. Sadly cause there are some that pick up all the slack of those
This place has one of the Best hospitals anywhere, connected with Dana Farber, worlds best care
I need to express my extreme gratitude to all of the staff on the GYN/ONC floor. Everyone was so kind to me. I had an emotional breakdown of sorts a few days into my hospitalization and Julia (RN) was so gentle and supportive during that time. Kayla, RN was my nurse most of the days I was there and she was fabulous. Each and every nursing technician that helped me, I thank you. And of course of all the physicians were amazing as well.
