Hospital staff is incredible! They are not only the best in patient care, but they make you feel cared for!
Best care and competent Professionals. Communication is key and my Dr., Dr. Vivian Gonzales Mitchell sets the bar. When not able to call me during her practice hours will call me to follow up or the pharmacy to get my prescription changed/filled. Everyone at this hospital is dedicated to getting you well. Cannot say enough good things about B&W Hospital.

Incredibly frustrating is the apparent complete lack of communication between the various departments. I called almost 11 times asking for the same thing, between different departments. At first I thought it was just human error but now, no. There is NO communication between departments and different doctors are telling my opposing things. When A,B, C & D have been done and it's time to book a follow up appointment, I'm told results will be given over the phone in a few weeks. I just said. .i got my life back. .. the team of surgeons are the best in the nation.. after my hip replacement surgery my life is back to normal thank you Brigham and Women's Hospital all the personal nurses secretaries doctors everyone in charge of you care God bless them all�#..1
I was 20 minutes early. The dr was 1 hr 10 minutes late. He saw me for 10 minutes. You tell me.
