Awful place: no computer system, no proper equipment, poor communication between staff, unable to make an appointment or procedure. No good experience at all.
They are not accepting new patients depite the site saying they are
This is the by far the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. In my experience, they refuse to allow any contact with your doctor or a nurse even in urgent situations and will leave you without needed medication, even when it is a result of an error on their end. My family member was in extreme pain and distress as a result of the doctor not following through on filling a prescription as they had proimised the day before, and could not get any repsonse or asistance from the doctor the following day when the medication ... read more
