unhappy. my insurance company paid for a wheel and tire January, 2023 tire ordered didn't match my hubcap..Gold ot silver re ordered and was put in body shop office during winter ,It got misplaced.. had to be reordered again..6 months now..Yet, the dealership was paid $1809+ dollars in Jan still no tire..not ..my fob key needs a new insert..ring broken military Blue and Gold Star..very v bad treatment. nothing done for military and I still have another son at *************!!!tried to reach the owner and GM for better service... read more
Excellent customer service. I felt like I was amongst friends trying to hook me up with the best financial end. Jeeps' V6 engine speaks for itself in terms of reliability and power. Left with a vehicle the day I arrived. No hassle, no one tried to talk me into leasing, or a more expensive car. I went in... knew what I wanted...they made it happen. Badabing. Only positive was that they are very competitive on price, which is necessary as the sales team was abysmal as everything was finalized. My sales person, Cliff, took the wrong vehicle to get plated, and then disappeared (!) the rest of the day. While that was getting fixed, no one on the sales floor could tell me where my sales person was or what was going on with my vehicle. Once everything was corrected, the sales staff (minus Cliff, again disappeared for the day) was not upfront with me as to issues with plating the vehic... read more
