The phlebotomy lab here is convenient and not crowded, hence two stars. The phlebotomist who was also at the front desk was incredibly rude. My doctor had forgotten to order labs so I had to come in to repeat and she said she didn’t understand, turned the screen to me, and asked me to show her which labs she should run. I explained that I didn’t attend medical school so couldn’t help her. She was curt, unpleasant and seemed angry at me for my physician’s mistake. The receptionist I spoke with was incredibly disrespectful when I just called 5 minutes ago. I was trying to get in touch with the women’s health department and I guess I had accidentally called the wrong number. The lady on the phone was treating me like I was an idiot and when I asked the receptionist if she had the correct phone number she hung up on me. I’m not even a patient at this clinic but now I know for sure that I never will be.
