No bathroom on lobby and rude front desk employee
I’d give 5 STARS if it wasn’t for the Social Work Department. Lying and unethical behaviors towards patients. Extremely sneaky to gain information for their personal gain. The Primary Care Provider is EXCEPTIONAL!!!! I feel very fortunate to find my doctor. Her nurse is also wonderful and kind. So sad the Social Work Department is the complete opposite and VILE! Patient Services must receive many complaints about the Social Work Department as they were extremely defensive when I made a complaint about them.
My review reflects my experience 2021-2023. Providers and staff were nice enough and I got the care I needed, but reason for 3-Star review is based on the practice (not the providers!!): I myself was a Brigham IM resident when I was here. I waited 8-months to be scheduled with one of the MDs here only to be switched to a PA new to the practice the week before without my consent. Dr. Luftman is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had. He’s incredibly caring, thoughtful, and thorough, and truly takes the time to listen. In a healthcare system that often feels rushed and broken, he’s a rare gem. I trust him so much that I’ve gotten my whole family to see him — and the fact that he accepted them even when he wasn’t technically taking new patients speaks volumes about who he is.
