The emergency department is old and filthy. If you like listening to drug addicts scream and swear then this is the place for you. I didn't know this was reserved for mentally I'll filthy homeless people. Clean it up. You should be humiliated. I've been to many hospitals that Are not held in the high regard BWH is. What the hell happened in emergency? Did you run out of money?

I saw Dr.Chi. for a second opinion,I'm very happy with my diagnosis...he will be doing 2 surgeries on me in the coming months...I'm confident this will ease all my pain...he has a great bedside manner,and was very optimistic
