The rooms are filthy.. My uncles trash and laundry basket was filled to the rim .. I was disgusted . His nurse was nice.. When asked why is he still in bed not up in a chair we were told it’s the weekend no staff .. No family wants to hear that ........ it takes 2 seconds to make things right .. ugh

From the minute I walked into the ER to the moment I was discharged after being inpatient for 3 days I was treated with kindness and compassion by every single person I came in contact with. From the Doctors, to the kitchen staff, every single person was wonderful and that can make all the difference when you are not feeling well! I would like to especially thank Dr. Eyre in the ER as well as the entire staff of 14A, including Dr. Cortas and Flora Traub, PA for the exceptional care!
