This practice knowingly submitted a request for surgery approval with full awareness they did it late and it would never be approved in time for surgery. Less than 14 hours before the surgery the hospital NOT this practice communicated the cancellation. Incompetent and negligent without respect and courtesy to the patient.
BEWARE- if I could give this so called medical office a negative rating I would. I can understand the wait in the waiting room if staff is actually "busy". However, I watched the front office staff chat around for a while watching one of them eat their lunch after bringing back wine to the office. I just had my appendix removed a week ago.. whoever answered the medical assistant line was so unprofessional and rude. I could never imagine talking to patients the way I was spoken to, especially after just having surgery. She said she would send a message so that someone would call me back and I still haven’t been in contact with anyone. I called the office back Tuesday and left two voicemails, and again no one has called me back. I've been here quite a few times, and each time the staff was accommodating and friendly.
I wish I could give review in negative, I had worst experience with this hospital, the doctor who is more than 25 years experience Doesn't see the reports properly and just blindly follow his procedures to send patients to emergency room, with no reason, And later we call them to check and no call back would be arranged, And they back up their doctor's blindly without giving preference to patients. So it's purely hospitals benefited medical center.
