We have never had a bad experience. The staff and each doctor has impeccable customer service. They listen and advise and inform you of all the options available for the health of your eyes. You will never go wrong choosing Briggs Vision Optique for all your eye care needs. They also have an amazing selection of frames.
We have seen Dr. Smith since 2002. We cannot imagine going anywhere else. In my last visit, Donna helped me with the selection of my new daily wear glasses and new sunglasses. All I can say is that Donna is AMAZING! Thank you Donna!!!! I love both pair of new glasses.

I have been a patient of the Briggs Vision Group for almost 30 years! I started at the Dunwoody office but transferred to their Optique location in Johns Creek as soon as it opened. I am treated like a family member everytime I visit their office! It's fun to pick out a new pair of 'trendy' glasses every couple of years. My recommendation for this group is long overdue. The staff is awesome, seriously they ALL are; as I've probably encountered all if them at some point. I've saw at least three of the doctors in the past two years and every experience was awesome, but I love Dr. Bryce she's great with my daughter and I makes us feel very comfortable. This group is a great example of professionalism.
After a time period away due to work location I was back today because I only want Christal taking care of my eyes!!! Donna was awesome and Krista remembered me!
I've been a patient for 15 years. The staff is highly professional and courteous ready to answer all of my many questions. Their optical showroom has a great selection of frames too. It's just a fun place to get your vision fixed.
