RecommendedWow!! The McCarthy group bought out Brigg's Nissan and Subaru. What a difference! I had to go in today to re-sign all of my paperwork due to issues while it was under Brigg's. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I walked out with a better deal than the initial purchase and some upgrades!! Les, who is the new manager, really went the extra mile for me. He made sure I was happy when I walked out. Their service and professionalism.
Excellent experience with the service department. A part I had requested was delayed, but Al stayed on top of things and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely recommend Briggs to anyone looking for a car or needing their car serviced.
Bad experience. Kept trying to out of my budget range when it was made clear that I didn’t want to go over it. Found a better dealer to work with me and actually put me in a car i wanted that was fit for my needs and in my price range not just pick out random cars and then throw me to the next guy to screw me over
5 stars What an amazing experience my family had with our salesperson Eric Gulley and Finance person Lawrence. They worked hard, were professional and made us Feel at home while getting our deal done for a 2018 Nissan Titan S 4wd truck.
