Our experience at McCarthy Nissan of Lawrence fits the expectation I think many people have of car dealerships. They will do anything, say anything to sell you a car and don’t follow through on their promises. We drove 45 minutes to look at the Nissan NV 3500. My husband had been researching for months and when he saw one pop up close to us he had to go look. When we got there the vehicle was filthy. I love my Nissan Frontier!
After purchasing a used 2018 Altima a few months ago and needing to return to have the door edge guards, sill protectors, wheel locks, and nitrogen that were unwanted (but paid for) but never installed on the car, the car returned two days ago for its first oil change since purchase. I had to take the car back today to locate and fix the oil leak that was new since. The oil plug had not been tightened. I was told “the new guy” didn’t fully tighten it.
