Rob was able to diagnose the issue with my boiler and replace the part in nearly 24 hours, after another company was unable to fix with multiple visits. Professional, timely, and will be using them in the future!
The duct work in our basement rattles when you walk over in on a the main floor. Briggs did the installation on our build and we talked with the owner on coming out to fix but he kept pushing it out and ultimately stopped replying back. I would never do business with this company again.
Left a message for service and I didn’t get a call back after waiting 10 days, I called someone else.
