The duct work in our basement rattles when you walk over in on a the main floor. Briggs did the installation on our build and we talked with the owner on coming out to fix but he kept pushing it out and ultimately stopped replying back. I would never do business with this company again.
Left a message for service and I didn’t get a call back after waiting 10 days, I called someone else.

I had one of their trucks turn in front of me today on Hacker in Brighton. When I honked my horn because he made me slam on my breaks, he flipped me off . What a great look for the company. I would never let this maniac in my home.
